Dear all at Acoustafoam.
Today after some research I phoned your company for some advice and to ask preliminary questions about your products.
The receptionist put me through to Mark. He guided me through the website (without comment on my lack of computer know how). He then recommended a product, and after some gasps on my behalf about the price per meter by 600 panel asked me to call him back if he could arrange a little help on the price.
He quoted me a very reasonable price for what I required and then told me he could get the piece made to measure that day within 2 1\2 hours of our conversation.
I was still a little apprehensive if I was spending my money wisely. After arriving at your factory I was soon to realise I had underestimated your company’s expertise.
When I took the piece of acoustic foam from the trolley I realised immediately the quality of your products.
The foam was a lot heavier and better manufactured than I expected and the way it moulded in my hands made me suddenly keen to return home and install the foam.
On arrival back in Shrewsbury I was met at my house by a good friend who witnessed the effect the foam had on sounds coming through our front door from the busy street behind it. The contrast is impressive
I cannot tell you how happy I am with the acoustic foam. Having endured heavy traffic noise and loud revellers for the past 3 years we now have a fridge I can hear a little too loudly and that is it.
